Remember who wrote this? A good man.

When driving down the street
Chances are there's someone you will meet

There will be someone worse for wear
Their face scraggly, with horrid hair

They are tired, beat, belialed
Their heart week, their soul no longer riled

They've lost it all or perhaps have had enough
Things are just too hard, life is just to tough

So help them out, give them money, drink or food
You'd be surprised how fast it can change their mood

So do something for another that's grand
Give those in need a helping hand.
